The Technocratic Army

The fast-rising fascist, militarized police state is alarming, to say the least.  A vulgar display of power manifests itself almost daily in such a repetitive fashion that the public seems to have grown strangely accustomed to much of the corruption.  There is an undeniable sense of apathy that  accompanies most people’s perspective in regards to police brutality. It is a classic example of ‘gas lighting’ the public, e.g., they are told by the police that their constitutional rights will be held to a high standard while simultaneously innocent victims are bludgeoned to a bloody pulp, on camera no less, and this threatens to bring public morale to a new low, it drags them collectively  down into a deep, black microcosm of an internal abyss, plagued with indifference, inalterably helpless.

One constant theme that appears in pseudo progressive apologist articles, like Foreign Affairs, is that the constitution of the United States is becoming anachronistic, and continually fails to keep up with the fast-paced advances in technology.  This leads to the false justification of trading liberty for freedom to bring an elevated state of security.  The policy constructed to build this foundation of security is a beefed-up police force and an increased surveillance state.

There are many modern methods for tracking the population, one includes the transformation of police departments into ‘intelligence agencies’.  ‘Predictive Policing’ attempts to determine  when crimes will be committed, this is comparable to the way a weatherman forecasts varying climate conditions using complex computer models.  This theoretical criminal analysis method produces various results including: attempts to identify future possible candidates for crimes, it  links individuals to past crimes, and it also aims to determine the types of people who might become victims of certain crimes.

This theoretical model relies on past statistical analysis, and meta-data provided by every person’s ‘data exhaust’ which is in turn retrieved by corporations to construct forecasts and profiles of individuals.

The premise for the new theory of police work which is predictive policing is to utilize the growing science of neuro-economics, an analytic business model to assess a consumer’s wants and needs to determine the most effective, and prudent ways to sell the most products.  They use a vast range of information.  All the factors that come in to play are the consumer’s location, budget, spending habits, interests, beliefs, their income level and social status;  what is conceptualized, is a profile of demographics, produced by advanced computer models which generate predictive algorithms to determine where someone will spend their money.

The process has been accelerated through specialized predictive trend software and internet meta-data, which analyzes a person’s web searches in very specific detail, it compiles such data as where their cursor lands, records of past purchases, social media usage, and even internet radio preferences, etc. based on all this information websites and stores can be altered to accommodate the most efficient ways to maximize profits.

The best example is new smart stores like Wal-Mart, which utilizes their surveillance system to map a customer’s whole experience inside the store—everything is catalogued into a database, from the moment a customer walks in the door to the moment they leave, their line of sight is mapped, where they go inside the store, how they get there, what they consider buying, what items they put back on the shelves, what items they eventually buy—all variables are recorded into a large database that will create a model of the store’s advantages and disadvantages.

Wal-Mart re-constructed most of their stores nationwide, a whole new aesthetic concept was formulated based on their findings–everything from shelf size to the exact color scheme was considered.  This same method of statistics, probability, and data analysis based on places, people, and patterns is now incorporated into all police departments nationwide.

Treating criminology like running a business is considered progress, the new mentality is justified based on ‘saving time’ and being ‘proactive’ based on concrete numbers.  This is sold in contrast to an idea of cops driving around all over without producing results.

In the past, cops apparently had so little to do that they were given quotas by their commanding officer, a practice that is illegal, and was vehemently denied, but nevertheless was leaked by brave whistleblowers inside the system, who were tired of the corruption.

Is this not a projection of the ‘idea of a criminal’ turning people into a pre-conceived caricature of villains?  It is an extension of the concept of thought police, who through the targeting of specific dissidents can imply crimes are going to happen based on a narrative of ‘criminal behavior’ they create.

There are a number of pieces of ‘predictive policing’ software products being sold nationwide.  The selling point of predictive policing software on many of the websites is that you can be ‘on the ball’, so to speak, by plugging in to the particular information of ex-convicts, you can stop crime, the idea that someone IS the crime they commit, that citizens possess static personalities, and we do not have free will.  The prevailing implication is that everyone is guilty of something, that people are expendable units of energy, simply metrics to be observed and calculated.

There is a lively, competitive market for predictive software available to police departments across the country.  The industry is rapidly developing, and the old community brand of policing is becoming an atrophied appendage of the sick and dying republic, giving way to the technocratic brave new world.

One company promoting top of the line predictive policing software is Hunchlabs.  The tagline on this product is: ‘predictive policing software for precise ‘evidence’ based decisions.

A focused level of scrutiny must be directed towards this technology to  analyze what the ‘evidence’ they so highly promote is based on.  Because the decisions made in reference to this ‘evidence’ could be revealed as a baseless and discriminate beefed-up metric.

There are many features they promote to aid the next police department who happens to be hungry enough for omnipotent authority: an ‘advanced machine learning’ algorithm which meshes various crime theories: aoristic temporal analysis, seasonality, risk terrain modeling, near repeats, and collective efficacy to ‘forecast when crimes are likely to emerge’.

‘Predictive missions’, determines crime ‘hot spots’ with certain parameters set by individual officers or departments. These parameters are called ‘weights’.

One must further analyze what constitutes a noteworthy, or reliable ‘weight’—what is it based on?

‘Intelligence notes’, ‘spacial notes capability’ allows for the input of the latest information on ex-cons.

We have to acknowledge that everyone is innocent until proven guilty and the sixth amendment guarantees due process.  The example used on the page for this product feature is: ‘john smith was just released from prison for burglary, he lives at such and such address, he is an 32 yr old white male with a tear drop tattoo.

‘Tactics’, design evidence based tactical responses; this is a section that allows the officer to input crimes in an area, called a ‘mission area’ when it is made into a ‘hot spot’ the officer gets suggestions from this section: patrol, review, or interview,  i.e., a blueprint for the illusory comic book crime fighting scenario the computer module postulates.

The ‘sidekick’ section is a feature that displays relevant information in all pertinent fields listed above of all types of crimes assault, robbery, burglary, using a GPS it categorizes ‘predictive missions’  which seems to dictate based on past crime stats what type of information is populating most acutely, hence must be about to happen.  It glorifies the all-powerful super hero image or unquestioned authority exercising its supreme power over a public of slaves, saying, ‘batman, meet robin’, which undoubtedly propels most power-hungry cops into feeding frenzy.

The Rand Corporation’s report on predictive policing rationalizes that the fourth amendment is not violated because the supreme court has ruled the public has no guarantee of privacy when the information is held by a third party; this is a symptom of fascism, because the corporate interests who should respect the privacy of its customers chooses to work with the government, and the police are exploiting a legal loophole that indirectly violates the fourth amendment.  This is not even counting the actual direct fourth amendment violations that the police participates in regularly, but an example of a justification to steal everyone’s data via corporations.

The moral and ethical implications of this policing science must be carefully examined, will it be used for the good of society, will it respect individual liberties, or will it be used to further political ends by managing political dissidents in an authoritarian manner?

The ‘PREDPOL’ system is another piece of software that claims to be the best, claiming multiple times on their website to have more advanced ‘hot spot’ mapping systems.

Their main feature is that prospective clients will be able to ‘Predict Crime in Real Time’.  It is claimed to actually predict crime before it happens as opposed to simply analyzing past crime data.  This software, they mention ad nauseum, is similar to one used to predict earthquakes, it deploys officers to patrol to exact ‘place-based prediction box’ areas measuring 500 feet by 500 feet.  The experts at Predpol also boast that their software predicts gun violence with a display  of gun violations, assaults, and batteries, twice as accurately as other programs and the same as other crimes such as theft and burglaries.

The various pieces of police pre crime software, like in the business world that aims to make a profit, this technocratic police mentality attempts to create crime rather than acting as a preventative measure against it.  If the true desire was to prevent crime, many factors that already contribute to it would be remedied, or eliminated altogether. Purposely contrived economic conditions, as an example, would be avoided, but are nonetheless encouraged through the medium of international market manipulation as can be observed by studying the Libor market scandal.

Intuitively everyone is aware of a certain neighborhood in their area, which would be considered ‘bad’, because one might always observe a strong police presence there.  The reason why it is a ‘bad’ neighborhood is a very complex sociological issue, but we have to remember that aside from the common law system which provides the foundation for society contemporaneously, what is designated as a ‘crime’ is largely a subjective, not to mention abstract concept.  What I’m referring to is a blatant class bias which is quite open, but is cleverly discarded due to constant distractions instigated by the corporate-controlled mainstream media. I’m referring to the obvious fact that the legal system can be bought.  Attorney General Eric Holder stated that the major big banks cannot be prosecuted because they are ‘too big’.  Take for example Wells Fargo bank consciously laundering over $400 billion in Mexican drug cartel money and getting a slap on the wrist, while newly legalized marijuana dispensaries are discriminated against because of their business being a ‘credit risk’ so Wells Fargo has issued a public statement about not issuing loans, despite new tax revenue projections, in Colorado alone, of $40 million that radically surpasses previous expectations.

This process of ‘intelligence-led’ or ‘predictive’ policing must be scrutinized heavily for the simple fact that intelligence agencies have proven throughout history to develop a life of their own, eventually operating independently of the original department, their secrecy and covert operations rationalized with the argument of ‘national security’, and responsibility displaced based on the concept of ‘plausible deniability’.

This new intelligence merger with the police force is another effort to implement stronger means of control onto the public, there are just too many variables that cannot be considered, the unique individual endowed by god with rights cannot be reduced to nothing more than a biological android who may be prone to misfiring once in a while, no, people have free will, and are subject to change with experience.

Predatory Police Power

The police are the cold unfeeling arm of the rising technocratic age.  The collective consciousness has been lulled into a synthetic reality, which is partially the cosmetic corporatist façade perpetrated by the endless barrage of pervasive marketing, also the sterilized lack-luster muted tone existence of domestication and empty dreams propped up with life by injections of professional sports, soulless pop music, a nauseating parade of propaganda films projecting the same ideal narrative with the implication everyone should strive for this crisp, pleasant, general euphoria the characters seem to be experiencing.

This condition of mass brainwashing, the new opium of the masses via the insatiable inebriation of popular culture disables the public’s defenses physically and psychologically.  The first step of this metaphorical disarming of the people is the unconditional authority worship instilled in the impressionable youth in the early formative years.  Intellectual cripples are bred carefully through this long process of conditioning, with one menacing technique of constant and belligerent mass ‘gas lighting’.  The public floats in a perpetual state of cognitive dissonance, reinforced by constant over-the-top lies, psychological operations, and false-flag attacks coupled with a hostile, and aggressive nationalism based on brutal elitism; the result being a demoralized population, overwhelmed with a barrage of corruption and outright treason, the mind reels, the will is overcome, and the once independent souls give in, roll over and just take everything.  The result of this constant berating is a form of ‘Stockholm syndrome’ which causes the victim to love and defend his/her captor.

At this point, one might marvel at the seemingly melodramatic comparison between public education and a hostage situation, but this might actually be a rather light example, considering the current state of affairs the nation finds itself in, in a collective context.  The profound lack of creative energy is abhorrent to say the least.  Original, authentic, and masterful pursuits are stifled from an early age, and those rebellious individualist desires are replaced with conformist patterns, a dissent into a mediocre abyss.  The bright spark of potential that exists in everyone becomes atrophied from a deliberate determination to extinguish its growth.

The television has become a virtually unrivaled tool of mass mind control.  There is an ever increasing method of strong propaganda emerging, and that is the psy-op of ‘’cop shows’’ and their demonization of libertarians.  The characters in these episodes are: gun owners, home schooled, ones fundamentally opposed to vaccines, libertarians, Christians, ‘9-11 thruthers’, or conspiracy theorists, and rural folk; they are always the criminals who use their rights to their advantage to game the system.  They are portrayed, without fail, as immoral and insidious types of people.  The most extreme examples of each one of the ‘types’ listed above are used, the ‘conspiracy theorist’ they say:

“Johnny just went nuts after he got online and found the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth website–he was never the same after that!  Now he rambles about controlled demolitions and thermite found by some physics professor at ground zero, the CIA/NSA monitoring his every move and MK-Ultra mind experiments!”

The Christians are always cast as cult leaders or brain-dead followers of some cult modeled after the Branch Davidians or Jim Jones.

Gun owners, and military veterans are always members of a neo-Nazi militia intent on planning terrorism on federal buildings.

The home schooled, anti-vaccine rural folk are framed as uneducated, socially awkward raving lunatics who find an excuse to quote the bible in between every sentence, they oppose public school and vaccines not because public schools are automaton breeding factories or vaccines are produced with mercury and viruses from animal tissue, and typically have dangerous and potentially fatal side-effects, but because they are skeptical of science and untrustworthy of ‘sinful city-slickers’.

Defense lawyers are seen as annoying barriers towards seeking justice for the victims. Defense lawyers are cast as the most hideous villains, always portrayed as some career driven narcissist who only cares about publicity, and always defending some pathetic obviously guilty charming psychopath who always knows how to use his rights to avoid prosecutions.

The constitution is seen as some out-of-date scrap of trash that just needs a different interpretation, because technology is moving too fast, and if only we could overcome the barriers of the old laws like the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and that ‘neo-confederate’ tenth amendment too, then we could seek justice for all and it would rain gum drops in the 100+% tax socialist utopia.

Rights are always seen as something that must be overcome—‘if only we could break into his house to find the incriminating evidence then we’d have a case against him!’

The most extreme examples of crimes are used to justify finding ways around the fourth amendment like new biometric scanning or hacking into computer system without a warrant issued upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized–yes, in these television shows the judges and district attorneys are always unconditionally bound by the laws, much to the inconvenience of seeking justice for the victim.  This is unlike the real world where the Bill of Rights has been discarded.

The police, detectives, and DA always have the moral high ground, and they are always superior beings in contrast to the public, who are cast as drooling incompetent morons who can’t even blow their nose, or wipe anything else for that matter, let alone be productive members of society.

The second amendment is a privilege granted by the state to the public, drooling morons, incompetent fools, domesticated animals, gullible slobs who need the strong, all knowing moral police to protect them and are denied the god-given right of self-defense–God forbid they have a gun.  Every time someone is caught with a gun they are treated like the worst class of degenerate scum.  Everyone shrieks—‘Gun!  Gun!  Gun!’ like it is the end of the world.

Despite the carefully crafted pristine image painted on television of the moral crusader police force, the real world tells a different story.

The police have become offenders of all means of brutality.  There is an epidemic of hideous abuses of police power demonstrated on a weekly basis all across the world.

There seems to be a serious lack of statistics on the murder of citizens by police, but a few watchdog organizations are compiling evidence to document this bizarre phenomenon.

According to police have killed over 5,000 people in no-knock raids alone, this number is up by 4,000% since the 80’s. Compare that with the Iraq war with 3,500 troops killed by Iraqi insurgents.  In Afghanistan about 2,000 troops have been killed by insurgents.  You are eight times more likely to be killed by a cop than a terrorist.

The police no longer protect and serve—what used to be called peace officers.  Peaceful protest have been met with swarms of black clad officers armed with riot gear.  They are in combat mode against what declassified DHS reports suggest ‘anti-war protestors’ and those who reference the United States Constitution are the new terrorists.

Seems like every day some power-hungry lunatic police officer is killing someone, or at least injuring them horribly, and if they die? ‘Oh they had a condition’–the death is never from the brutal beating they endured by the gang of thug police officers.

Police brutality is becoming constant, a new death or serious injury at the hands of these ravenous psychopaths on an insane power trip is more frequent; the man pulled out of his wheel chair and beat to a pulp, the down syndrome homeless man beat to death by six officers, the foreign man who was shot for not understanding an officer’s commands, the deaf man who was tased for trying to communicate, and even the barking dog who was killed for barking, just to name a few recent cases of innocent victims of the hideous blood thirsty corrupt death merchants.  Police are often held to a different standard, with more leeway for crimes.

It seems to be the policy to shoot first and ask questions later no matter the circumstances, many internet videos show countless unarmed civilians being shot without provocation of any kind.

Cops, if held to the same standard of the public would have a higher murder rate of over 400% than the citizens.  They believe checkpoints and ‘stop and frisk’ are justified by the constitution because they are ‘protecting’ everyone.

Brave whistleblowers have revealed what the public already knew, that the police do in fact have quotas to follow, instructions given to them during their morning brief by the captain, and a policy of racial profiling has been established, and encouraged with the unconstitutional, fourth amendment violating,  ‘stop and frisk’ policy.

The world of Minority Report illustrated by Philip K. Dick where police arrest civilians for being guilty of pre crime has manifested itself,

Intelligence led policing is the theory of proactive and covert policing which encourages the practice of analyzing demographic patterns with mass surveillance and data bases feeding computer algorithms to detect crime ‘hot spots’.  The terrorist attacks of September 11th 2001 seem to justify the radical change in the theory of police work from the ‘traditional’ to the intelligence-based model.

From the US Department of Justices’ report:  ‘Intelligence-led Policing the New Intelligence Architecture’, the report mentions respecting the individual’s civil liberties when analyzing intelligence information, it goes on to mention that few states have laws in place regarding intelligence policing, and it completely rewrites the fourth amendment’s requirement of probable cause, it reads:

“Information gathering for intelligence purposes shall be premised on circumstances that provide a reasonable suspicion (as defined in 28 C.F.R., Part 23, Section 23.3 c) that specific individuals or organizations may be planning or engaging in criminal activity.”

The fourth amendment of the US Constitution states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In a section entitled, ‘Strategic Targeting’ the report suggests profiling individuals that will produce the best results:

“Strategic targeting and prioritization are other critical roles of intelligence. Law enforcement agencies with tight budgets and personnel reductions or shortages must use their available resources carefully, targeting individuals, locations, and operations that promise the greatest results and the best chances for success. Case or lead overloads can reduce investigators’ efficiency unless they know how to identify the most fruitful leads. Intelligence enables officers to work more efficiently.  For example, to help fight terrorism and domestic extremism, the California Department of Justice examines group characteristics, criminal predicates, target analyses, and intervention consequences to determine which groups pose the greatest threat to the state.”

The report then suggests that through the merging of the police departments with an emphasis on gathering vast amounts of data on private citizens one can acquire patterns, and decipher the hidden terrorist lurking inside every seemingly innocent individual, it states:

“Good policing is good terrorism prevention. In other words, professional policing of any kind is instrumental in uncovering intelligence associated with both terrorist activities and conventional crimes. Encouraging this perspective enables local police departments to involve line officers more actively and to reinforce the fact that enforcement, crime prevention, and terrorism prevention are interrelated.”

In the section on security, it suggests the most advanced security because:
“Security is paramount for intelligence operations because the materials found in intelligence files may be unproved allegations rather than facts.”

The intelligence-led policing study stresses the importance of a powerful data base that will be able to organize the information appropriately.  The new quantum computers will be able manufacture the preventative measures they desire by quantifying a vast amount of data, and condensing it into simplified pieces of information, for example filtering a person’s entire life: their phone records-calls and texts, financial transactions, business and tax records, internet searches, travel destinations, daily activities, and other intimate details all condensed into a convenient profile which may fit into the preconceived notion of what has been established as a ‘terrorist’ according to current definitions, whoever seems to be the ‘enemy of the state’ at that moment.  For example, post 9/11 it was radical Islam, and shortly after that the target shifted to ‘patriotic movements’ within the United States.

These quantum computers differ from the conventional computers in the sense that they seem to calculate issues on different levels and dimensions.  They use quantum bits, or qubits, instead of binary digits.  They have more the potential of more advanced algorithms based on the principal of multiple states existing simultaneously like the famous example of the cat in the box who exists in a state of life and death at the same time.

There is definitely an increasing militarization of the police, and another aspect of that comes from the Rand Corporation’s US stability Police Force.

According to the Rand Corporation’s report: A Stability Police Force for the United States, an outright outline for marshal law is provided, it discusses an international stabilization police force that could be possibly housed in the Department of Defence or Homeland Security as a possible extension of these departments or a separate entity.  The report implies that the agency will be used to stabilize war-torn regions in foreign countries, but considering many disturbing domestic trends in the United States today it is not so far-fetched to conceive this new agency being deployed, and used against American citizens.

“The United States will continue to experience major challenges in stability operations if it does not have this policing capacity. These challenges include creating the ability to establish basic law and order, as well as defeat or deter criminal organizations, terrorists, and insurgents.”

The purpose of this stability police force is to synthesize the needs of military and civilian police in countries under-going some type of national crisis or emergency.  It is concerning that the document suggests adding the agency as an extension to Homeland Security, because although it asserts this is for foreign policy, the section describing its creation, housing, and training laments the existence of the Posse Comitatus Act which prohibits the military from policing citizens, it suggests that with this ‘constraint’ the stability force can’t operate with certain branches of the military.  It is necessary to be wary of this new organization, because the entirety of the document appears to be an outline for marshal law, providing the logistics for a domestic police state.  Is it plausible to assume that this report could outline a covert agenda to create an additional military police force, an extension of Homeland Security, who has openly implied ‘right wing extremists’ as a terror threat, and when there is overwhelming evidence of an increased police state nation-wide?

Robot police, according to Foreign Affairs article Beware the Killer Robots by Charli Carpenter July 2013 UN reports estimate countries like South Korea, the United Kingdom, Israel, and the United States are increasingly developing robots with varying degrees of autonomy for battle.  India is the first country announcing its plans to develop a completely autonomous battle-bot.  The United Nations is proposing a moratorium on the production of autonomous lethal robots because of potential death tolls, much like chemical weapons, land mines, and cluster munitions which demonstrably cause indiscriminate killing and other implements like expanding bullets and blinding lasers that have been banned completely because they caused ‘superfluous injury’.

FBI director Robert Mueller admitted Drones are used to monitor US citizens, and recently leaked Snowden documents reveal that military kill lists are based on NSA meta-data.

Drones are promoted by government officials to be able to aid in raids, uncover ‘illegal private gun purchases’ like a famous DHS video promoting the use of drones in investigations, it shows a man selling a rifle out of his truck.

Drone policy—In a Foreign Affairs article Stein examines the rising use of drones to monitor foreign countries.  Should foreign nations be able to shoot down the robots we use to spy on them?  I mean, we ARE the untouchable above-the-law Imperial United States of Technocratic Oligarchy, who can do no wrong, right?

In a section from the foreign affairs article, Drone Decrees, by Aaron Stein Dec. 19, 2013, the article discusses the changing political climate and changing dynamics in a world where unmanned aircraft are becoming the norm for foreign and domestic surveillance.

In the Foreign Affairs article, author Stein suggests implementing the policy of treating drones the same as manned aircraft for times when it is found prudent by foreign countries to shoot them down.

“In the Gulf, the United States has sporadically opted to escort its surveillance drones with manned fighter jets, which raises the cost of such operations as well as the risk of escalation. Absent a clear norm on the response to shooting down an unmanned system, incidents involving drones could snowball quickly. And that is why the United States should develop a clear policy about the targeting of drones. It should be designed to prevent unintended escalation by defining the cost of provocatively using or targeting unmanned systems. These rules would need to apply to all parties, including the United States.  First, the United States should signal that it would hold the operator responsible for the actions of unmanned systems. Any retaliation need not target the actual operator, given the complexity of locating the pilot, but could include the air base from which the drone was launched. The goal would be to reintroduce the prospect of casualties and escalation into the drone equation by clearly laying out the potential American response if an adversary considers using unmanned systems in a coercive way against the United States or its allies and partners. In short, U.S. policy should be to treat drones like their manned cousins. Similarly, in the cases where a potential adversary targets a U.S. drone, Washington should make clear that it regards such an act as akin to the downing of a manned aircraft. The response, therefore, could include the use of force or strong diplomatic action.

There was a case in Colorado where the town of Deer Trail, reacting to government admissions of domestic drone surveillance, they proposed a bounty of $100 for drones to secure the air space of the town after the individuals over 21 years old received a ‘drone hunting license’.

The FAA issued a statement shortly after the consideration of this ordinance by the Colorado town, who asserts they are a ‘sovereign political entity entitled to protect their airspace’, the government agency decried the constitutional actions of the town of Deer Trail, and they implied sovereignty is an old-fashioned and antiquated concept by declaring they are the only ones who can protect the national airspace, their statement included a claim that people could be injured by a falling drone which is the government property, they would also treat the incident the same as the shooting down of a manned aircraft; their statement neglected the fact that drones have killed thousands of innocent people all over the world in the name of the ‘war on terrorism’ and if you purge the world of one of these instruments of death you are considered a menace, but if you utilize one of these murderous weapons to slaughter innocent civilians you receive a Nobel Peace Prize.

Government agencies like the DHS, and recently the US Postal Service have been making bulk purchases of ammunition in an unprecedented display of heightened paranoia or blatant hypocrisy when there is such a push for citizens to disarm, despite the obvious American tradition of keeping the tyrannical governments at bay with a well-armed population, to quote Thomas Jefferson, when the people fear the government there is tyranny, and when the government fears the people there is liberty.

The DHS recently purchase 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition for ‘target practice’ although the rounds were hollow point bullets which would be impractical for such a use, and then they claimed it was just economical to purchase in bulk.  The government has demonized the purchase of firearms, while simultaneously they have begun arming to the teeth, and there was also a purchase of paper targets depicting civilians:  pregnant women, children, elderly, and more.

Recently in Virginia, a small American city replica was built costing tax payers 94 million dollars, it includes a subway, football field, and a church; the city is supposed to be training for foreign occupation, but the town clearly resembles an Any town, USA.  This piece of news dovetails with declassified government documents citing gun owners and veterans as the new terror threat.

According to DHS Right-Wing Extremist Terror Report, the focus of the war on terror is the domestic and the new terror threat is veterans, gun owners, Christians, libertarians, anti-war activists, and anyone who makes reference to the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights.

What they fail to point out is the loosely defined term of ‘terrorist’ and how concepts like: ‘the enemy combatant’ can be easily manipulated to include American citizens.  According to the ‘Right-Wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalizing and Recruitment’ 2009 Department of Homeland Security report, the new terrorists are gun owners, veterans, anti-war protestors, immigration protestors and those suspicious of the federal government; this report repeatedly combines what it refers to as ‘right-wing extremists’ with white supremacist groups.  It constantly refers to an ‘anti-government’ attitude, disgruntled people obsessed with the new African American President, and those angered over the increasing immigrant population—libertarian constitutionalists are also categorized with all of the above.  Anyone who makes reference to a ‘new world order’ or a ‘north American union’ are also suspects of terrorism.

According to the leaked 2009 MIAC Strategic Report on the Modern Militia Movement, those who are critical of the federal government, the corporate Federal Reserve, libertarians, constitutionalists, Christians, those who support third party candidates, and citizens concerned with sovereignty or ‘common law’ are considered terrorists.

The absurdity of being involved in a global ‘war on terror’ with radical Islam is worse when one considers the links that President Obama has with many terrorist organizations:  The Weather Underground, The Muslim Brotherhood, and Al-Qaeda (Al-CIA-da).  In 2013 Obama waived section 40 and 40a of the Arms Export Control Act to supply ‘Al-Qaeda freedom fighters’ in Syria with weapons.

The move to consolidate the police with intelligence agencies for a more efficient law enforcement model based on preventative measures based on preconceived notions and government propaganda–all based on an official narrative of organized crime at the state level, orchestrated by rogue elements, the phenomenon of ‘false-flag terror attacks’ continues to be neglected from the mainstream discussion, and if authorities continue to operate on a false basis of ‘intelligence-led policing’ which does nothing but reinforce past prejudices, by design it cannot produce new data, it is all based on the faulty preexisting information which is subject to many variables contributing to its lack of validity; the assumption is that the civilians are objects locked in a static environment with preset actions waiting to manifest, they are void of free will, and in this system, it is not unreasonable to have an automatic presumption of guilt about any of these ‘terrorists’, who used to be free, private citizens in a time not ruled by fear, a time not so long ago.

Uncanny Exploits of the Oligarchy

The political spectrum in the United States has effectively become the Twighlight Zone. An outright attack on concepts with legitimate value has been made, reinforcing a strong sense of apathy amongst the public, and a general fatalism.
This did not happen overnight, and cannot readily be seen, however it can be analyzed in the empirical fashion much like a disease can’t be seen but can be shown to exist based on the apparent symptoms, there has been a clever and contrived effort to master all linguistic mechanisms through various means such as through ‘political correctness’, and a plain and simple degradation of terms to express concrete ideologies such as specific political party affiliations—

the terms in current use are meaningless(terms everyone are familiar with like, ‘Republican’ and ‘Democrat’, but these ideas fall apart when scrutinized intensely, because the words have been raised up above inflated concepts and have become vehicles to produce specific emotional responses Well-reasoned arguments have become reduced to sanitized ‘talking points’ and emotionally-charged ‘hot topics’ based on buzz-word stimuli: ‘freedom’, ‘values’, ‘social justice’, ‘equality’, and many more which resonate deeply within the public, clouding the underlining issue, while obscuring one’s judgment, but contributing relatively nothing in the grand scheme of things), hence a board interpretation may be applied to appeal to a larger group of people, who wouldn’t normally subscribe to a certain party’s ideas, but become victims to the theme of accomplishing something ‘for the greater good’ even if that ‘good’ is not defined in the context of their personal struggles, their demographic, the members of the party in question, or even their fellow countrymen, but some elite group with the sole intent of domination.

The technocrats have engineered, through the financial systems, economic prisons to increase control of the people, who they see as nothing more than mere ‘carbon units’, they are not free individuals, who have god-given inalienable rights, encouraged to participate in a free market economy.

The United States is one of the best example of a Laissez faire system. The discussion on economic matters has turned into ‘capitalism’ verses ‘socialism’. The argument easily gets compromised based on the public’s ignorance of the concepts themselves. Wall Street corruption often gets used as an example of why capitalism doesn’t work.

Imperialism and Neo-Colonialism are used to demonize capitalism, and examples are used by the corporate-controlled media, intent on destroying systems, which produce wealth through a competitive paradigm, of why free markets simply don’t work, and why a collectivist system would benefit humanity more. This neglects, the historical fact that collectivist systems have been used by elites in the past to exercise control over the people, and the fact that the neo-liberal policies endorsed by many US administrations are antithetical to a free market system.

Michael Moore, the filmmaker, who has stock in pharmaceutical, oil, and defense contracting companies, has a film: “Capitalism, a Love Affair.” He takes great pains to express the many ills of capitalism, and then offers socialism as a viable alternative. Nowhere in the film does he point out that the same corporate fat cats who he demonizes are in bed with the supposed “liberal”, “progressive” and “socialist” individuals who hold various offices.

Moore is creating a distraction when there is a real and present danger lurking in the darkness. Obviously there is rampant corruption in the corporate sector whether it be pharmaceutical, industry, or financial. There is a blatant false debate presented to the public–one either supports the ‘free market’ or one supports social welfare. The American system has become a criminal Fascist state. Fascism is the government working with corporations. The concept of Fascism, or what Mussolini called: ‘Corporatism’ is neglected. The American Capitalist system is supposed to eliminate the class system, which existed under other economic systems. Ideally with a free market this would be the case, but corrupt business interests have maintained monopolies through administrative legislation,

for example making the production of Hemp illegal to ensure cotton investments would remain intact. Hemp is a plant that has been uses, it would be able to compete in any industry, and yet an unfounded prejudice rules the mentality of the population. The standard business practice in this country has been for government and corporate interests to profit from a black market of vice, killing healthy competition that would lower prices across the board.

The Monsanto Protection Act, the 2008 banker bailout which led to bank and insurance company nationalism, are all clear signs of Fascism. This law eliminates prosecution against the Monsanto Corporation and protects their interests by letting them claim seeds as intellectual property, and avoid any criminal prosecution against them.

Foreign oligarchs have manipulated interest rates in the market, in turn affecting how banks proceed with operations, overall this impacts the whole world. The Libor banking scandal is an example of technocrat controlled economy where they have hedged their bets in an international casino. Libor London inter-banking lending rate affecting trillions in loans and contracts was misrepresented by 16 banks including JP Morgan, Barclays, Deusche Bank, HSBC, Chase, Citigroup, and more were found guilty of manipulating interest rates to increase profits and ease markets.

Capital controls have become a common practice in this country’s financial system. This includes closely scrutinized account activity, fees on withdrawals, restrictions on withdrawals, and restrictions on international wire transfers. In Colorado and Washington Marijuana dispensaries suffered from the inability to conduct business with banks, because of a general prejudice toward the newly legalized drug, even though banks like HSBC and Wells Fargo have been caught laundering drug money for Mexican cartels.

There is also a cognitive dissonance in matters concerning the power structure. It is apparent that each president carries out the same agenda of war and exploitation of third world countries by creating a strategy of tension with the civilian populations, and by placing puppet dictators who are willingly to comply with the hegemonic needs of the Oligarchy.

There is a link between Secret Societies and many influential people in government and corporations. There is an ever present aristocracy in Washington making the decisions with an apathetic public none the wiser. Government politics has become nothing more than theater to the masses. A fantasy world has been created for the people, one made with ‘talking points’ and scandals conveniently cropping up to serve as distractions.

There are organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations, whose stated purpose is to end American sovereignty, and who can be attributed to influencing key policy decisions in Washington. Their goals and membership is published, but the interior workings of the group are kept secret. Many presidential appointments are Wall Street executives, CFR, Trilateral Commission, and Bilderburg members. Dick Cheney the former vice president under George W. Bush joked about purposely not mentioning his CFR membership because of negative association with it.

The Trilateral Commission, similar to the Council on Foreign Relations, is the lesser known equally powerful organization which has many of the same people who are members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Its mission statement is to maintain cooperative relations with the United States, Europe, and Asia.

A well-known group, but often neglected organization by the corporate mainstream media in the United States is the Bilderburg Group. They have been meeting since 1954. It started as a way for heads of state and representatives of finance, industry, labor, education, and the media to meet together to discuss world events; there are also many CFR and Trilateral members who attend. Membership and meetings are secret, they typically meet in a five star hotel with a perimeter of armed guards around the property. There is often a mainstream media blackout when the Bilderburg club meets. Alternative media coverage is also stifled quite aggressively with reporters being harassed.

Government officials, corporate heads, and royalty all attend the meetings violating The Logan Act, a US federal law which prohibits officials from discussing changes in foreign policy without authorization from the executive branch of the US government; It was formed in 1799 to prevent others for speaking for the government and possibly exacerbating a situation where tensions between countries were high.

Discussion of these topics is deliberately stifled through various means. The only exception and saving grace is the internet, which provides millions of people with an alternative to the mainstream state propaganda.

There is a false progressive movement in this country, and the corporate mainstream media has the means to increase its influence upon the majority, to give a specific scripted message, but it is far from presenting an unbiased, and objective message; they continue to be good at controlling what the people think about, rather than giving them balanced ideas to debate about.

These above-the-law technocrats have hijacked liberalism as a mechanism for control through various proposals, for example Maurice Strong, former United Nations’ Under Secretary General, one of the pioneers of the environmental movement proposed the collapse of industrial society to save the planet;

Any type of counter-argument can be proactively suppressed by prohibiting the means for said discussion to arise in the first place by eliminating the initial articulation of the problem. For example everyone is focused on the next presidential scandal, and not the treasonous TPP, secret trade agreement which could potentially end the internet as we know it, and destroy sovereignty, while protecting corporate interests.

The illusory differences in the dominant political parties has been significantly reduced to the visual model of ‘red states’ verses ‘blue states’. This is supposed to signify whether a state is more ‘conservative’ or ‘liberal’ but it is just another example of the individual being crushed under the deadly weight of the collective. Political debate becomes impossible because the terms have been swallowed in an endless semantic distraction designed to ensnare critical thought.

The false political paradigm of ‘left’ and ‘right’ almost ensures the elite’s success; this allows them to control the political debates using politicians and pundits to distract the average citizen, to keep them from realizing the potential of a covert takeover. There is an unfolding drama that has been propped up before them, a ridiculous piece of constant political theatre to maintain their focus on a narrow scope of issues, i.e., ‘the government shutdown’, ‘the national debt’, and ‘’ and the embarrassingly horrible ‘affordable health care act’ meanwhile diverting them from the slow demise of their rights. These issues are important, but the manner they were presented was vague and biased, also the context has been stripped away to undermine the constitution.

There is a lot of money in politics, and the business of distributing information, hence the average person is kept in ignorance on the vast amounts of money behind these powerhouses of propaganda, and the exact nature of the Fascism at work. It is very difficult to comprehend the vast amount of money obtained by these trans-nationalist, neo colonialist, and hegemonic technocrats, who have conditioned the public to embrace their slavery through the subtle implementation of a scientific dictatorship.

Banking and Government interests’ are making the founding fathers of this country rollover in their graves. The public’s attention is misplaced in the political sphere. All of the corporate media attention is focused on what the president’s actions (insert current scandal or dilemma)are and not on actual issues. The Executive Branch of the government is important, but what about the Legislative, and the Judicial? There is a balance of power, and the President’s role is to enforce the laws passed by Congress, and the Judicial ensures laws are constitutional. It is clear that the majority of politician’s decisions are based on the influence from lobbyists. Real change in Washington will come when financial influence is reduced significantly.

Tenacious Technocratic Titans

“Scientific societies are as yet in their infancy. . . . It is to be expected that advances in physiology and psychology will give governments much more control over individual mentality than they now have even in totalitarian countries. Fitche laid it down that education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished. . . . Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible. . . .”

—-Bertrand Russell,1953

The industries of the agricultural, financial, and pharmaceutical have been hijacked by predatory corporate interests;  they have engineered a neo-feudal condition of serfdom by constructing a false consumer reality with an illusion of choice reinforced by the perpetually innovated products that are inevitably disposable , the untenable business model of corporations like Monsanto disrupting the environment with glyphosates,  terminator seeds, and creating a host of other public health hazards; the corrupt financial institutions taking advantage of corporate welfare, and utilizing false financial instruments like derivatives, concocted by foreign oligarchs to rob the public of wealth, a relentless direct-to-consumer pharma ads exhorting the public to subscribe to an epidemic of illness, and new behavioral diseases around every corner maintaining a subdued population apathetic to issues of consequence.

Parents are losing power of their children by refusing to accept suggestions from school psychiatrists about prescribing their children medication.   The endless barrage of new medications to support big pharma’s false projection of an epidemic of illnesses affecting the nation are accompanied by seemingly benign commercials filled with characters whose lives were hell until they succumbed to the miracles of the new wonder drug currently advertised.  In these direct-to-consumer ads: a pleasant scene is painted, illustrating the many benefits, and all while a low, soothing voice(barely heard over the upbeat melody) warns of the potential side effects that usually create a worse condition than the illness being treated, and of course, the ever-present possibility for hallucinations or death.

Beyond the drugs being presented as viable ways to tone down the blunt smack of reality there are a host of deadly chemicals the public is subject to, such as: GMO’s, BPA, Fluoride, Bromine, and Aspartame have been put in public drinking water and several different food products.

Fluoride was used by the Nazis to subdue the masses and reduce resistance; many countries like Israel, and the United Kingdom are removing Fluoride from their public water supply, citing health hazards.  Fluoride has been found to cause cancer, and sterility.

Aspartame is a neurotoxin that activates when heated up above 80 degrees; studies have shown it actually increases appetite, although it is found in many ‘diet’ sodas, and it has also been found to cause cancer.

BVO or Brominated vegetable oil has been banned in Europe and Japan for causing neurological, reproductive and behavioral problems.  Bromine also causes disruptions in thyroid hormones, because it competes for the same receptors in the thyroid gland that capture iodine, and the majority of Americans today are deficient in iodine.  BVO’s are in most US soft drinks, and other countries have developed alternatives, but the FDA continues to insist it is harmless. Bromine has also been added to commercial bread as an alternative to iodine, because of the supposed ‘elasticity in the dough’, and to promote ‘structural integrity’ and ease in baking.

Bisphenol A, an endocrine disruptor found in the lining the various plastic containers, bottles and cans is an estrogen mimicker, which can reduce testosterone, reduce sperm count, cause cancer, diabetes, liver problems, and heart disease.  According to the CDC, children have a higher exposure to bisphenol A than adolescents, and adolescents had higher concentrations than adults.  The National Toxicology Program of the US Department of Health and Human services determined that there is a justification for concern to the exposure of this harmful chemical to children, because it will negatively affect hormone levels, and brain development. There is also evidence that pregnant women exposed to products with BPA can harm the fetus, leading to birth defects and in some cases, producing hermaphrodites.

Vaccines have been shown to provide many adverse side effects and serious long term permanent injuries.  The CDC admits on their website there could be many negative reactions:  swelling, itching, bruising, headache, fever, nausea, seizures, and death.  Recent  campaigns, like the ‘green our vaccines’ movement have attempted to create a dialogue and public awareness of neurological conditions such as autism that has afflicted an ever increasing number of children across the country as a result of these vaccines.

Dr. Andrew Wakefield was fired from his position for revealing the link between vaccines and autism.  The doctor was charged for acting ‘unethically’ by the British medical regulators report.  The general medical council accused him of acting:  “with callous disregard for the distress and pain”.  Doctor Cooper, a professor of pediatrics went on to lament:

“There is now this ocean of cynicism [about vaccines] in which all of us swim and it will take continued, sustained effort to undo it.”

Dr. Hilleman, a top scientist, and vaccine pioneer at the pharmaceutical company Merck admitted to infecting millions of people in Russia and the United States with the SV-40 cancer virus, which was put into the early strain of the polio vaccine.  It was discovered later when they started testing cancer patients and found the simian monkey cells in the cancer, it was linked back to the vaccines using monkey kidney tissue.

In an interview by investigative journalist Jon Rappoport with an ex-vaccine researcher, the scientist who did not wish to disclose his name for fear of the consequences, stated that he realized the vaccine propaganda was a fabricated lie by the scientific community to sell drugs, because the vaccines often caused the disease they were marketed to protect against.  He insisted the belief that vaccines had contributed to a higher standard of living was a hoax, because the improved standard came from: fresher food, hygiene, clean water and improved sewage systems.  And if it wasn’t bad enough that they put in the standard chemicals like: formaldehyde, mercury, and aluminum in all vaccines, there are a series of strange animal tissues and viruses put into them as well.  The ex-vaccine researcher provides a brief description:

“Here’s a partial list. In the Rimavex measles vaccine, we found various chicken viruses. In polio vaccine, we found acanthamoeba, which is a so-called “brain-eating” amoeba.
Simian cytomegalovirus in polio vaccine. Simian foamy virus in the rotavirus vaccine. Bird-cancer viruses in the MMR vaccine. Various micro-organisms in the anthrax vaccine. I’ve found potentially dangerous enzyme inhibitors in several vaccines. Duck, dog, and rabbit viruses in the rubella vaccine. Avian leucosis virus in the flu vaccine. Pestivirus in the MMR vaccine.”
When Mister Rappoport asked the ex-researcher why vaccines were given even though they obviously caused so much harm he answered:

“As you’ve said many times, at different layers of the system people have their motives. Money, fear of losing a job, the desire to win brownie points, prestige, awards, promotion, misguided idealism, unthinking habit, and so on. But, at the highest levels of the medical cartel, vaccines are a top priority because they cause a weakening of the immune system. I know that may be hard to accept, but it’s true. The medical cartel, at the highest level, is not out to help people, it is out to harm them, to weaken them. To kill them. At one point in my career, I had a long conversation with a man who occupied a high government position in an African nation. He told me that he was well aware of this. He told me that WHO is a front for these depopulation interests. There is an underground, shall we say, in Africa, made up of various officials who are earnestly trying to change the lot of the poor. This network of people knows what is going on. They know that vaccines have been used, and are being used, to destroy their countries, to make them ripe for takeover by globalist powers. I have had the opportunity to speak with several of these people from this network.”

New legislation is being introduced in 42 states to require adolescents to take the Human papillomavirus, or HPV vaccine, which can cause permanent disability and death.  Even with 22,000 cases reported, and 1,671 cases admitted by the CDC to be ‘serious’ there is still an on-going campaign to promote the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine.  Dr. Diane Harper, professor of the University of Louisville, one of the researchers who helped to develop the vaccine said:

“Gardasil doesn’t last long enough to prevent cervical cancer and HPV infections are something that women continue to get throughout their lifetime.”

Monsanto has effectively gained government support with the ‘Monsanto Protection Act’ which eliminates federal regulations on separations of organic crops from genetically modified crops, like the ‘zero tolerance policy’ in Australia, also it protects against negative legal action, and limits judicial review; they have avoided the requirement of labeling their food, maintaining public ignorance of organic verses genetically modified organisms.

Genetically modified organisms are a complex, multi-faceted issue, which affects everyone.  The implications of this biological, agricultural, and environmental scourge are enormous.  Apathy and downright ignorance have prevailed to propel this sinister agenda forward.  Domestically, and abroad it should be recognized for what it is, a genocidal soft-kill operation designed to bankrupt economies in both developing  and industrial nations, it will wreak havoc on public health, and devastate the ecological habitat in multiple fashions.  Genetically modified organisms have been shown to cause cancer and other diseases.  The Monsanto protection act prevents legal action from being taken against the food giant.  Also attempts to put regulations requiring food to be labeled GMO to differentiate from organic food have been stifled.  The GMA, or Grocery Manufacturers Association are attempting to lobby for a bill which would prevent GMO labeling, while seeking approval from the FDA to label GMO’s ”all natural” on products.

Elites around the world, including Monsanto employees have already demonstrated their feelings about GMO products with their apparent distaste manifested in their abundant private organic gardens.

Glyphosates are the active ingredient in the herbicides used for crops, they are deemed safe, and the public is exposed to them on the streets from residue carried in the wind, and in the store from the produce, while the public has been assured safety gear is not needed for contact;  Japanese scientists have found consuming more than 3/4 of a cup is deadly, and in California it is the third most common reported cause of sickness amongst the farmers, in Sweden scientists have linked Glyphosate exposure to leukemia, and lymphoma, and another study has linked recent increases in Parkinson’s disease in farmers with glyphosate exposure; other studies have shown a link between cell mutations and cell DNA damage which will ultimately ensure inevitable cancer and birth defects.  More studies in Canada indicate sterility in mammals such as rats and rabbits; farmers exposed to glyphosates seemed to have caused sterility, premature births, and miscarriages.

Glyphosates pose many environmental damages, namely, ruining the soil; one incident of exposure can destroy soil microorganisms and arthropods, inevitably destroying the soil’s organic matter; glyphosates reduce nitrogen-fixing bacteria, this eliminates plants’ ability to use the bacteria to break down nitrogen in soil into forms it can use for nutrition; these herbicides, according to studies increase susceptibility to diseases because it reduces the plants’ ability to produce beneficial fungi which helps it to get nutrients; contrary to the official company statements from herbicide producers that glyphosates break down very quickly in the soil, it is in fact, more permanent than initially intimated to the public, in cases lasting at least three years when administered to crops, according to Swedish studies, however in warmer climates it can allegedly be eliminated from the soil in a year; in some cases, months after exposure the chemicals remain in fruits, vegetables working their way into the very tissue, and remaining even after futile attempts to wash them away;  further studies indicate that glyphosates remain in the wheat even after processing, and that cooking cannot break them down.

When analyzing the corrupt above-the-law financial institutions:

JPMorgan Chase Bank has recorded 70 trillion worth of derivative assets on its books, this is the total worth of the world’s economy.  Leaked IMF documents reveal deliberate economic terrorism directed at third world countries designed to blackmail leadership into compliance to greedy foreign policy.

An FBI investigation in 2004 revealed that there was an ‘epidemic’ of mortgage fraud, and that 80% of lending institutions were involved in illegal predatory lending practices.  The banks who are too big to fail, and too big to jail, a concept expressed by Attorney General Eric Holder,  if you prosecute them it would cause devastating consequences for the economy, so it is best just to leave them be, and let them continue to rob us blind, and commit criminal acts all over the place, on an unprecedented level.  Unfortunately the foreign oligarchs have been degrading currencies and disrupting economies all over the world.

A good example of above-the-law financial institutions is the Federal Reserve, an agency that rarely gets scrutinized by the mainstream establishment media, and has avoid constant attempts at being audited is the Corporate Federal Reserve, which is NOT a government agency–“It’s about as federal as Federal Express!”  You may have heard in reference to this agency.

The Federal Reserve central bank was found in 1913, and is often mistaken for a government entity, but is in fact a private corporation with government regulation, oversight of any kind, and absolutely no audits.  They are, as former chairman Alan Greenspan said in an interview, above the law.

Hitler rose to power relatively quick considering all his rich American buddies like Chase Bank Funded Nazi Germany.

It has been determined that before and during world war two, Chase Bank financed the German Nazi regime.

Between 2004 and 2007 Wachovia handled funds totaling 378.4 billion for Mexican drug cartels.  The transactions are the biggest violation yet of the Bank Secrecy Act, an anti-money laundering law put in place in the US.  Between 2006 and 2009 Martin Woods worked in Wachovia’s anti money laundering unit and quit after the bank discarded his report.  He proved drug dealers were channeling money through Wachovia Bank.

2002 through 2009 HSBC, Europe’s largest bank with a net income of 16.8 billion dollars, was using its US operations as a gateway to assist in laundering money for Mexican drug cartels.  Banks in Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh were believed to have helped fund the terrorist organization known as Al-Qaeda.

In the Mediterranean country of Cyprus the accounts of citizens and foreign investors are being attacked with a deposit tax.  There is a 40% tax on accounts over 100,000 Euros, and a 16% tax on accounts under 100,000 Euros.  Security guards were placed at the banks to regulate how much money was withdrawn.

Go back to the end of the tyrannical Bush era, and the beginning of the Obama administration, and we see the 2008 Bank Bailout which was paid for by the US taxpayers.

Initially 700 billion in tax payer dollars was given over to the banks and now that sum has reached over a trillion dollars to many banking giants from going under.  Congress was threatened with martial law, and it was intimated in private conversation that there would be chaos and the country would be in financial ruin if they did not sign off on the bail-out.  The Federal Reserve chairman Berneke was question about where all the trillions of tax-payer dollars went, he flat out said no, that he did not have to reveal the foreign entities.

Chase bank recently settled for a fine of $13 billion for $1 trillion of fraud charges for selling false mortgage-backed securities; it was uncovered that on top of their predatory lending practices they have over $70 trillion in assets on their books, which is about the size of the entire world’s economy.  They received $25 million of tax-payer bail-out money and an additional $391 million in secret Federal Reserve bail-out money.

The criminal trans-national bankers operate above the law with nothing more than a slap on the wrist for punishment.  Can an ordinary person fund known drug dealers and terrorists, launder their money, and avoid taxes without facing the most severe of penalties? Even though corporations are supposed to be people as well, it is safe to assume that the average working class citizen would be thrown in prison for the rest of their days, participating in illegal activities, under similar circumstances.

Scientific Dictatorship and the New Slavery

We must keep in mind the warnings of President Eisenhower during his final speech to the nation when he warned of the growing influence of the military-industrial complex and the rise of a scientific dictatorship that would destroy America.

We are entering a time when there is a very overt attempt to destroy the Constitutional Republic, first by gradually eroding the civil liberties, guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.  An example of eradicating civil liberties through what former Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson referred to as ‘administrative legislation’ is the current process of enforcing gun control not by an act of congress, but by eliminating the process of acquiring the firearms through an administrative process such as drying up the supply through bulk purchases of weapons and ammunition.  So far, bills have been rejected by the Senate to restrict clips for certain guns.

There has been cases of confiscation in California, and Louisiana, also Connecticut instituted a gun registry, with citizens mindful of their second amendment rights actively reisisting. There have also been many instances of children being expelled or suspended from school for having colored toy guns, drawing pictures of guns, and playing cops and robbers. There have been cases of people reporting neighbors in possession of firearms—not because they were illegal, but because they ‘felt’ scared.  A recent case in Utah, where open-carry is legal, a man had a gun in public and was arrested, not for anything dangerous, but because the police ‘didn’t know what he was going to do’.

This is an obvious case of projecting what Orwell called: ‘thought crimes’ onto the public.  Senator Dianne Feinstein has openly stated her desire to confiscate all guns.  President Obama has declared that he will exercise his right to executive orders to further his ‘unilateral agenda’ on guns, since he was unable to affect gun control through the legislative process.  Recently a New York Mayor, John C. Tkazyik withdrew his membership from the Mayors Against Illegal Firearms, because he discovered their agenda to confiscate all guns.  He admitted that New York’s strict gun laws did nothing to decrease violence, and in fact left citizens vulnerable to violent attacks.  He stated:

“I don’t believe, never have believed and never will believe that public safety is enhanced by encroaching on our right to bear arms and I will not be a part of any organization that does.”

However, in the meantime, there are plans to reduce access to firearms by making the manufacturing process virtually impossible.  One recent move to decrease ammunition came in the form of a concern for ‘global warming’ when reference was made to the lead content of the bullets.

Fear mongering has become more prevalent in the corporate controlled mainstream media since the terrorist attacks of 9/11.  Statistically you are more likely to get struck by lightning than die in a terrorist attack, but nonetheless the media hypes the terror threat to a fever-pitched level.

Legislation for increased security measures like the ‘naked body scanners’ which were rolled out after the 2009 Christmas day underwear bomber fiasco are presented conveniently after a terrorist attempt, it has been proven many times that almost all these alleged terrorists are informants who have intelligence connections, either to the FBI, CIA, or MI6 British intelligence.

In a recent Foreign Affairs article entitled, “The Rand Paul Bubble” by Colin Dueck, Senator Rand Paul was criticized for his ‘isolationist’ attitude, the idea of refraining from foreign entanglements, imperialism and nation-building.  Dueck makes a reference to the speech Senator Paul gave to the Center for the National Interest about diplomacy and making dialogue a primary concern for Syria, Iran, and North Korea, ‘’dialogue is always preferable to war,’’ he stated.

Dueck points out how he should be referred to as a ‘Jeffersonian’ or someone who wants to avoid military interventions; Dueck then continues to say that although ‘Jeffersonians’ are quite popular right now in the Republican party, that doesn’t matter because they usually have a tendency to ‘Jacksonianism’ which he describes as: a nationalist who takes pride in the US military, values sovereignty, honor, well-being, and security in a dangerous world—these types, he claims tend to have an inherent mistrust for ‘elite-sponsored legal, multi-lateral, and idealistic plans for global improvements’, but once their country is attacked they are ‘relentless’ and ‘unyielding’.

Senator Paul wants to cut military spending, strategic disentanglements, foreign aid, and scaling back the national security state—including the targeting of and surveillance of suspected terrorists—this last point is obviously intended as a blow below the belt to imply Senator Paul is soft on terrorism, or that he is indifferent to the threat.

What Dueck fails to point out is the loosely defined term of ‘terrorist’ and how concepts like: ‘the enemy combatant’ can be easily manipulated to include American citizens.  The term seems to be used to demonize political enemies.

According to the 2009 Department of Homeland Security report:  ‘Right-Wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalizing and Recruitment’, the new terrorists are gun owners, veterans, anti-war protestors, immigration protestors and those suspicious of the federal government; this report repeatedly combines what it refers to as ‘right-wing extremists’ with white supremacist groups.

The Foreign Affairs article continued to criticize the patriotic nationalism espoused by conservatives and the Senator’s lack of ‘internationalist’ ideals.  He is further marginalized for his ‘anti-establishment’ attitude, and he is reduced to nothing more than an idealistic dreamer with no chance of being elected.

Political think tanks like The Club of Rome promote concepts like: ‘global governance paradigms’, ‘changing outmoded practices like capitalism and democracy.’

On the Atlantic Council website, there is an article by Harlan Ullman, stresses the point of the elite losing their control, and he emphasizes the main goal to eliminate threats to the power structure:  ‘eliminating the empowered individual’.

The article goes on to lump whistleblowers like Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning with terrorists, and he goes on to suggest the further overt implementation of the Hegelian dialectic, the problem, reaction, solution model of creating a crisis and offering a solution to the public in the midst of wide spread panic.  Ullman states:

“Without an extraordinary crisis, little is likely to be done to reverse or limit the damage imposed by failed or failing governance.”

Ullman continues by insisting civil liberties and sovereignty are the menace:

“In essence, the 365 year-old Westphalian system that placed sovereign states as the centerpieces of international politics is being tested and in some cases made obsolete by the empowerment of individuals and non-state actors.”

It is obvious that various liberties are being stripped away with the justification of security.  The fourth amendment is being decimated with:  DUI checkpoints, seatbelt checkpoints, random blood-draw/mouth-swab checkpoints, eating-while-driving checkpoints, and also the increasing use of warrantless wiretapping on a massive scale.

The NSA monitors 200 million text messages a day, storing all phone calls, monitoring all internet searches and emails, and installing chips in all new electronic devices to enable them to transmit a signal allowing constant access to that device regardless if it is turned on or not.  These are just a few of the gross abuses of the fourth amendment that have been leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden.

The second amendment is under attack with ‘common sense’ gun measures put into place to make everyone ‘safe’ and soon the right to bear arms will be destroyed completely with tight regulations on clips and ‘gun-free zones’ put into place on school and military grounds.

The absurdity of restricting citizens’ rights to bear arms is worse when one considers the links that President Obama has with many terrorist organizations:  The Weather Underground, The Muslim Brotherhood, and Al-Qaeda (Al-CIA-da).  In 2013 Obama waived section 40 and 40a of the Arms Export Control Act to supply ‘Al-Qaeda freedom fighters’ in Syria with weapons. The government has demonized the purchase of firearms, while simultaneously the DHS purchased 1.6 billion of rounds of hollow point rounds for ‘practice’ (despite the fact experts have pointed out the absurdity of using hollow point bullets for practice), and there was also a purchase of paper targets depicting civilians:  pregnant women, children, elderly, and more.

Mass surveillance on the population is justified by the supposed ‘war on terror’ launched in the wake of the attacks of 9/11.  No instance can be presented demonstrating how this intrusive omnipresent surveillance system has prevented terror attacks, but it remains in place, and in fact, continues to grow.  There is much evidence that actually points out that there was a plethora of evidence warning of inevitable attacks on buildings with commercial aircraft used as weapons prior to 9/11 from various intelligence agencies, plus multiple foreign intelligence agencies.  There were specific warnings about the Al-Qaeda (Al-CIA-ada) terrorist organization, and Osama Bin Laden before the attacks going all the way back to the Clinton administration.  Warnings to the Bush administration about radical islamists fell on deaf ears.

The increased surveillance system and police state has become more pervasive in everyone’s lives.  President Obama said in a PBS interview that US persons don’t have their telephone calls listened to and their emails read.  James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence, perjured himself when he denied to Representative Ron Wydnen of Oregon who asked directly if there was NSA spying on Americans.  It has been revealed that not only is there massive spying to an obscene level, but the data from search engines and financial transactions is being stored to sell to corporations to better forecast economic climates, create consumer profiles, and strategize the most effective methods to advertise to customer’s individually based on past purchases, and interests.  After it was revealed that there was an on-going system of illegal data collection and spying, President Obama came out with a cool attitude claiming it wasn’t a big deal, Paul Revere, he claimed, did the same thing, and these NSA agents, he reminded us, are our friends and neighbors.

This is a blatant violation of the fourth amendment, the right be secure in one’s person, house, papers, and effects.  The above mentioned actions are a complete disregard for the tradition of the presumption of innocence.  Whistleblowers like Edward Snowden are being condemned and linked with terrorism for revealing the government’s illegal actions.  President Obama stated recently that Snowden’s revelations about the NSA spying on the American people will have severe consequences that will not fully understand for years to come.

With the rise of the surveillance state, the public is being conditioned to accept omnipresent voyeuristic behavior, a panopticon, much like the world of Orwell’s 1984 where everyone must be perpetually cognizant of Big Brother’s gaze.  Gradually, over time, and through subtle means the once high valued individual liberties will be compromised and expectations of privacy will diminish.   The methods employed to gain unquestioned power are classic psychological techniques used to control the public through means of operant conditioning; for example the collection of meta data, in the ever emerging science of ‘neuroeconomics’ is claimed to not violate the public’s fourth amendment rights while information called ‘meta-data’ is retrieved through financial transactions and internet searches, tracking every customer’s behavior, which determines the most effective ways to promote various products to them, like Amazon’s new ‘preemptive packaging program’ that claims to predict what customers will order before they know it themselves.

The tech giants at the heads of the major corporations are developing devices sold to ‘make life easier’ or more ‘convenient’—to empower the population in ways never before seen.  With new devices like Google Glass, a product that allows one to access the internet via hi-tech glasses, also now available in contact lenses.

Electronic enhancements have already been immersed into our culture, and will continue to become more commonplace.  The advancement in these electronic prosthetics will undoubtedly increase the value of life for many people, and it will be easy to justify diminishing privacy rights with claims that the ‘antiquated constitution’ wasn’t written with such advanced technology in mind so a rationale will inevitably be created to modify the laws already in place.

RFID chips are slowly making their way into our lives, soon they will no longer have the negative stigma attached to them.  They are installed in various products for demographic tracking purposes, they are in almost all credit cards, they are being introduced in some areas of employment by both government and private corporate agencies as a way to track workers.

New Samsung Galaxy phones with biometric analysis iris scanning software, or Iphones with thumb print scanning, social media venues such as Facebook provide the most accurate biometric data bases in the world with all the necessary information to identify anyone at any time.

All these so-called elements of technological progress are being sold as means for empowerment, but given the nature of such pervasive tools we must be wary of the potential loss of privacy, and the possibility of a new type of slavery.  It is important to note the psychological technique of ‘operant conditioning’ at this point, because it fits the scenario described accurately.  With operant conditioning, the subject in question can be trained in a sense to react to certain stimuli, and eventually over time a desired behavior will take over through means of positive and negative reinforcement.  Think of a reward system for good behavior that you want to encourage. To train an animal, the negative behavior is not acknowledged, but something good like a correct response to a certain command is rewarded with a treat.  The famous example is Doctor B.F. Skinner, who trained dogs to salivate when they heard the sound of a bell.  They associated the ringing from the bell with the acquisition of food.  After a time, the food was removed and the stimulus of the bell caused the anticipatory salivation.  One can increase their average of positive outcomes based on reinforcing selective behavior.   It is a very gradual process, and difficult to detect on a large scale unless you know what to look for.

The Transportation Security Agency is a perfect example of how the public has had its behavior modified over time.  Naked body scanners, pods that lock a person inside until they are ‘cleared’, checkpoints with random blood draws and saliva swabs, the New York stop and frisk policy, and now the suggestion of cavity searches did not appear overnight.

All of these examples of guilty until proven innocent would not have been accepted right away after September 11th 2001.  Compare the security that was introduced after the terrorist attacks, and fast forward to the attitudes and concerns about the violations of the fourth amendment with our current state of affairs—the complete invasive procedures designed to condition the public into accepting their predisposition to guilt.

With the elimination of the sovereign nation state, the dissolution of the individual—the biggest minority—into the collective ‘for the greater good’, and the prevalence of ‘global governance paradigms’, this is the beginning of the new slavery.

Technocracy: The Ultimate Revolution

Technocracy is a method by scientific experts to control the public via advanced scientific methods in: Biology, physiology, and psychology.  The end goal is to social engineer the public into a ‘stable’ mode of being, using controlled scientific disciplines.  Three basic principles will be applied to reach this stability model, this includes operant conditioning and intense drugging from a young age, the development of a system where everyone is taught to ‘know their place’, and define clear differences, basically the assignment of jobs early on in life by the government, an acceptable mainstream drug would be introduced that would alleviate anxiety at any given time so reality is not too overwhelming, and finally a concrete form of eugenics that would create a legitimate actualized ‘caste system’ where there would be literally different levels of humans co-existing in society; the regular humans, and ‘sub-humans’.  We are seeing an innovative form of eugenics in the form of the popularized movement of Trans Humanism.

Proponents of this philosophy assert the inevitable phenomenon of man merging with machines, during what is referred to as ‘The Singularity’.  There would exist two classes of humans after the alleged ‘singularity’, one super-class of humans who accepted electronic augmentations and a second class of humans who were left behind, because as Ray Kurzweil stated, there will come a time when biological evolution will be too slow compared to the technological self-propelled evolution, post singularity.

These augmentations are not simply chips implanted in the brain to cure Alzheimer’s disease, exoskeletons to cure paralysis, or bionic eyes for the blind, but these electronic extras are already being implemented in subtle ways into our lives via social media, and continuously improved electronic devices—nothing more than sophisticated tracking devices—such as smartphones. These are methods of causing people to become accustomed to living their lives through these social media outlets, and convenient devices, while forgetting their external real lives, consequently detaching themselves from their destiny.  These devices appear to be the precursor for the goals outlined on the Project2045 website.  The first step of the process is to develop an avatar of oneself to complete mundane tasks, and eventually a person’s consciousness could be uploaded into the avatar.

Aldous Huxley, in his book Brave New World wrote of a new scientific dictatorship where the citizens would learn to love their servitude.  He illustrates this concept by explaining the likelihood of a future ‘controlled society’ where children are raised by the state, and conditioned to accept abhorrent circumstances, they will have an unbreakable loyalty to it.

In the past, Huxley recounts, mankind was dominated by religious institutions that claimed to guarantee man’s salvation if only they could be in charge of society, but ultimately man was won over by progress and science, and the old ways of stifling dissent were too inefficient, which paved the way for the creation of a new totalitarian government ruled by scientific experts, who eliminated the possibility of rebellion by eradicating the personality type that would first conceive the notion of going astray from the herd.  This new scientific dictatorship, a new decree of ‘social stability’, which formed as a result of the confusion from a series of fast-paced scientific innovations– what Brzezinski referred to in his book, Between Two Ages as ‘the war of the three Americas’—the rural, the industrial, and the dawning hi-tech scientific elites, or Technocrats.

Modern day aspects of this prophesy are manifesting in the form of giant pharmaceutical direct-to-consumer advertising, and the creation of new forms of behavioral problems by the psychiatric institutions.  There is an increased justification to medicate all young children with the intent to treat issues such as ‘attention deficit disorder’, which according to a recent psychiatric whistleblower, Dr. Leon Eisenberg, in a death bed confession admitted that ADHD is a ‘fictitious disease’. According to the Citizens Commission on Human Rights International, in America, 20 million children are prescribed drugs for ADHD and other fantasy illnesses of Big Pharma, and 1 million children have been admittedly misdiagnosed with a fake behavioral condition.

There are also new ‘anxiety vaccines’ which are being introduced as a way to live a healthy life, but these are nothing more than modern day lobotomies, literally brain-eating viruses that destroy areas of the brain thought to cause stress and anxiety, which along with fear are key components of survival.

Other aspects reflecting the story outlined by Huxley in his famous dystopian novel Brave New World are the removal of children from the family unit,  what they call ‘blood surrogates’ or their biological parents is a taboo concept. .  In this society the idea of a ‘home’ is strange, and the concept of family is perverse.  Chilling similarities to this dystopia novel are manifesting around the world, like in France where the terms ‘mother’ and ‘father’ are being banned.  Everyone is a test tube baby, they are conditioned from childhood to unconditionally accept their slavery, they are taught to despise anything that would nurture their creative desires or instincts for self-sufficiency.  The scientific dictatorship, the ultimate revolution ensured that they would love their servitude.

The technocracy, or post-industrial neo-feudal world, the inevitable collapse of the industrial society that is infiltrating the constitutional republic of this country will inevitably manifest as a formidable force as technology continues to advance at an incredible rate.  The contrast between the two ages can also be compared to homo sapiens verses Neanderthal.  The difference between the two ages is further examined in Zbigniew Brezinski’s book Between Two Ages:

“In an industrial society the mode of production shifts from agriculture to industry, with the use of human and animal muscle supplanted by machine operation. In the technetronic society industrial employment yields to services, with automation and cybernetics replacing the operation of machines by individuals.”

From Between Two Ages, Brzezinski describes the process of power and wealth transfer from the people to the elite:

“In the industrial society social leadership shifts from the traditional rural aristocratic

to an urban plutocratic elite. Newly acquired wealth is its foundation, and intense competition the outlet—as well as the stimulus—for its energy. In the technetronic society plutocratic preeminence

is challenged by the political leadership, which is itself increasingly permeated by individuals possessing

special skills and intellectual talents. Knowledge becomes a tool of power and the effective

mobilization of talent an important way to acquire power.”

Technology will continue to reach unimaginable innovations leading to the possible justification for a new unquestioned authority, controlled society, and a decrease of constitutional rights, and the eradication of sovereignty.

There are different forms of political systems in the world, in the United States exists a Constitutional Republic where elected officials representing the people enforce the laws of the constitution.  Republic, from the Latin Res Publica means ‘public thing’.  The Republic gives all the power to the people, not to an all-powerful ruler, aristocracy, or foreign oligarchy.  The idea of a Republic dates back to Rome where there was a ‘people’s assembly’, which was made of all the citizens from the community.

The degradation of sovereignty comes in many forms, but ultimately it is a symptom of a ‘divide and conquer’ strategy to marginalize certain groups, and encourage people to fight amongst themselves.  The tenth amendment is constantly demonized, being referred to as ‘neo-confederate’ by some in the media.  The idea that a state has the power to overturn unconstitutional laws is being equated with slavery.  The idea is to eliminate the borders and national identity that would unite people in a common cause.  The rise of fascist corporatism encourages the idea of life being cheap, the concept of the individual is an ‘old-fashioned’ concept, and the value of the corporate state is the supreme entity which is above the law.   This type of method keeps the public distracted from the true aggressor—trans-nationalist oligarchs, and the real issues, like the erosion of sovereignty.

The 1648 Treaty of Westphalia acting as a protection of civil liberties against foreign interests and the oppression of central banks imposed on the public to suck up all the wealth via the euphemistic practices of ‘free trade’ which are imperialist instruments used by oligarchs and neo-colonialists to impose restrictions on individuals, conversely the ‘fair trade’ system is a safeguard against exploitation and protects the sovereign nation state, protecting a nation’s domestic interests from trans nationalist enemies meddling in and implementing corrupt policies against their will.

The Council on Foreign Relations has intimated their desire to merge all three countries, Canada, the United States, and Mexico into a ‘North American Community’.  Their goal has been to destroy sovereignty by blurring the borders with ‘free trade’ innovations like NAFTA, the same strategy that was applied in the European countries. The CFR’s magazine, Foreign Affairs proposed starting a ‘North American Investment Fund’ to manipulate taxpayer money, and creating a ‘Center for North American Studies’ to assimilate the three cultures together so the people consider themselves ‘North Americans’.

Sovereignty is a key issue with foreign interests that stand to gain from the destruction of constitutional liberties.  Private property rights are a cornerstone of American values, and these ideas are being compromised in the name of ‘progress’, government land seizures like eminent domain abuse, the recent continued federalization of land without compensation that has high oil and natural gas resources, which threatens American jobs in the energy market, and this also withdraws potential resources form the domestic supply as well. In September 1996, President Clinton nationalized 2 million acres of land in Utah via the Bureau of Land Management. President Clinton set a corrupt precedent, violating the 5,000 acre limit established by congress, to nationalize more monuments than any other president.

Senator Jim DeMint, one of the few to reference this issue stated, this is a nation-wide problem, in his op-ed piece in the Washington Times in 2010.  These ‘land-grabs’ are blatant violations of the 1906 Antiquities Act to prevent abuse of government land seizure. There was a secret document leaked by a government insider about a plan to seize 10 million acres of land from Montana and New Mexico, which would compromise jobs in ranching, forestry, mining and energy development.  The Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 included 100 different land seizure bills in one.  The government has taken 650 million acres of land, or 29 percent of the nation’s total land.  In 2009 the North Rockies Ecosystems protection Act requested 24 million acres of land in the American west and northwest.

Environmentalists are proposing the ‘Pleistocene re-wilding’ of North America, which calls for a reintroduction of mega fauna, or large predatory animals, cheetahs, lions, elephants, even cloning the mammoth, and placing them into large designated areas.  The proposal is to correct the arrival of humans 30,000 years ago on the North American continent that led to the extinction of the large predators.  A paper entitled “Re-wilding North America” from Nature magazine says that based on the elimination of large predatory animals “. . . humans will continue to cause extinctions, change ecosystems and alter the course of evolution.”

From the America2050 website they describe the destruction of sovereignty and the tenth amendment with the alleged inevitability of ‘mega regions’:

“As metropolitan regions continued to expand throughout the second half of the 20th century their boundaries began to blur, creating a new scale of geography now known as the mega region. Interlocking economic systems, shared natural resources and ecosystems, and common transportation systems link these population centers together. As continued population growth and low density settlement patterns place increasing pressure on these systems, there is greater impetus to coordinate policy at this expanded scale.  Most of the nation’s rapid population growth, and an even larger share of its economic expansion, is expected to occur in 11 mega regions: large networks of metropolitan regions, each mega region covering thousands of square miles and located in every part of the country.  The mega regions of the United States are defined by layers of relationships that together define a common interest; this common interest, in turn, forms the basis for policy decisions.”
